This is one of the best things that we have worked on. The new roads will include the laying of sanitary sewage lines. The sewage lines will be caped and left waiting for the comprehensive sewage system (which will come along a year or two later). This way the roads will not need to be torn out. We also added culverts, utility ducts, and man-holes to allow utilities to pass easily under the roads
