Gasp* Sigh* and Wheeew! The marathon is over! Very sorry, that I have not posted to this site in such a long while. I have been utterly swamped with projects and deadlines. For who knows what reason, fate managed to cram all of my major deadlines into a 4 day period (30 Apr-4 May). A period of time which happened to co inside with a must attend out-of-town wedding (1-May, Brian and Carry O’Quinn --- congratulations!!). Thus, I was unable to get work done over the weekend in preparation for Monday and Tuesday… This last Monday was the awards lunch for 2003 Combined Federal Campaign for which I am the Seymour Johnson/Greater Goldsboro Area project officer. This Awards Lunch was the final event of a monster sized fundraising campaign that I have been directing for the last 6 months. I am very glad that it is over. I will spare you the details... Yesterday I took the final exam for my Business-Law class, for which I have been desperately cramming over the last several days. I feel confidant that I passed the exam…not sure if I got an A or not though. Cross your fingers… Also, Lucas had his 2 month physical yesterday, and it is official, Aside from being fully healthy, Lucas is growing like a weed on steroids. He has already doubled his birth weight!
In theory, things are back to 'normal' for me, so I should be able to keep the writing up.
