In the last few weeks I have really noticed a big improvement in my kendo. My shots are more precise, my body is more relaxed, and my spirit is more agile (less likely to be dominated).
On the other hand, I am still just as likely to hurt my self vice my opponent. With Kendo, everything is salted with humility.
On a Side Note
Lucas has told me that he feels that he will be the next member of the Supreme Court....he said something about “comparable qualifications”....

What is Luacas into these days? Killy wants to know so he can pick an appropriate present... trucks/trains, art, dolls, legos/blocks? Killy told me to find out ASAP!
